Delivery in Perth metro areas is $15 for orders under $150. Free delivery is included on orders over $150 in Perth metro areas. Additional fees may apply outside Perth metro areas.

We accept payment by debit/credit card (VISA / MasterCard) and by PayPal.

You can set your delivery deadline at the checkout. When you order through the website we need 24 hours notice – if it’s an urgent job (within 24 hours) please contact us directly.

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

We will check your art work, pick the best printer for your requirements and process your order. If the art work is faulty or blurry we will get in touch with you before we send anything off.

Yes, after you have placed your order we will send you a tax invoice.

We deliver products ourselves. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within the time you set your deadline. Shipping times are estimated at between 1 and 5 business days depending on your location.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.

When purchasing from OrangePrint, card details are transmitted through an application programming interface. Card Details are hosted by OrangePrint after processing.
